American Financial Group reported fiscal year 2010 executive compensation information on March 30, 2011.
In 2010, five executives at American Financial Group received on average a compensation package of $4.6M, a 28% increase compared to previous year.
S. Craig Lindner, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.3M in total, which increased by 40% compared to 2009. 44% of Lindner's compensation, or $3.7M, was in stock awards. Keith A. Jensen, Senior Vice President Principal Financial Officer, received $2.1M in 2010, which decreases by 2% compared to 2009.
Thomas E. Mischell, Senior Vice President, earned $1.6M in 2010, a 9% increase compared to previous year.
