American International Group reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 2, 2019.
In 2018, six executives at American International Group received on average a compensation package of $11M, a 46% decrease compared to previous year.
Brian Duperreault, Chief Executive Officer, received $21M in total, which decreased by 52% compared to 2017. 56% of Duperreault's compensation, or $12M, was in stock awards. Duperreault also received $3M in non-equity incentive plan, $4.2M in option awards, $1.6M in salary, as well as $257K in other compensation.
Peter Zaffino, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $13M, which decreased by 29% compared to previous year. 35% of the compensation package, or $4.5M, was in stock awards.
Douglas A. Dachille, Chief Investment Officer, earned $9.7M in 2018, a 32% decrease compared to previous year.
Kevin T. Hogan, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.1M in 2018, which decreases by 33% compared to 2017.
Siddhartha Sankaran, Chief Financial Officer, earned $6.6M in 2018, a 45% decrease compared to previous year.
Mark D. Lyons, Chief Financial Officer, received $4.8M in 2018.
