American International Group reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 31, 2020.
In 2019, five executives at American International Group received on average a compensation package of $13M, a 21% increase compared to previous year.
Brian Duperreault, Chief Executive Officer, received $19M in total, which decreased by 7% compared to 2018. 44% of Duperreault's compensation, or $8.6M, was in stock awards. Duperreault also received $178K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $5.9M in non-equity incentive plan, $2.8M in option awards, $1.6M in salary, as well as $257K in other compensation.
Peter Zaffino, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $18M, which increased by 46% compared to previous year. 35% of the compensation package, or $6.5M, was in stock awards.
Douglas A. Dachille, Chief Investment Officer, earned $11M in 2019, a 9% increase compared to previous year.
Kevin T. Hogan, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.3M in 2019, which decreases by 9% compared to 2018.
Mark D. Lyons, Chief Financial Officer, earned $7.8M in 2019, a 63% increase compared to previous year.
