American Woodmark reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on June 29, 2020.
In 2020, four executives at American Woodmark received on average a compensation package of $1.7M, a 10% increase compared to previous year.
S. Cary Dunston, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.5M in total, which increased by 17% compared to 2019. 42% of Dunston's compensation, or $1.5M, was in stock awards.
