AmerisourceBergen reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on January 28, 2021.
In 2020, five executives at AmerisourceBergen received on average a compensation package of $6M, a 40% increase compared to previous year.
Steven H. Collis, Chief Executive Officer, received $14M in total, which increased by 26% compared to 2019. 48% of Collis' compensation, or $6.8M, was in stock awards. Collis also received $2.5M in non-equity incentive plan, $2.9M in option awards, $1.3M in salary, as well as $692K in other compensation.
Robert P. Mauch, Executive Vice President and Group President, received a compensation package of $4.3M, which increased by 22% compared to previous year. 41% of the compensation package, or $1.8M, was in stock awards.
James F. Cleary, Chief Financial Officer, earned $4.3M in 2020, a 24% increase compared to previous year.
John G. Chou, Chief Legal Officer, received $4M in 2020, which increases by 15% compared to 2019.
Gina K. Clark, Executive Vice President and Chief Communications & Administration Officer, earned $3M in 2020, a 25% increase compared to previous year.
