AmerisourceBergen reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on January 27, 2023.
In 2022, five executives at AmerisourceBergen received on average a compensation package of $6.9M, a 4% increase compared to previous year.
Steven H. Collis, Chief Executive Officer, received $17M in total, which increased by 13% compared to 2021. 67% of Collis' compensation, or $11M, was in stock awards. Collis also received $3.2M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.4M in salary, as well as $870K in other compensation.
Robert P. Mauch, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $5.8M, which increased by 4% compared to previous year. 60% of the compensation package, or $3.5M, was in stock awards.
James F. Cleary, Chief Financial Officer, earned $5.3M in 2022, a 3% increase compared to previous year.
Silvana Battaglia, Chief Human Resources Officer, received $3.5M in 2022.
Gina K. Clark, Executive Vice President and Chief Communications & Administration Officer, earned $3.2M in 2022, a 1% decrease compared to previous year.
