Ametek reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 24, 2020.
In 2019, five Ametek executives received on average a compensation package of $4M, a 15% increase compared to previous year.
David A. Zapico, Chief Executive Officer, received $10M in total, which increased by 16% compared to 2018. 46% of Zapico's compensation, or $4.7M, was in stock awards. Zapico also received $605K in bonus, $335K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.5M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.3M in option awards, $1.3M in salary, as well as $436K in other compensation.
