Ametek reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 14, 2022.
In 2021, five Ametek executives received on average a compensation package of $4.9M, a 47% increase compared to previous year.
David A. Zapico, Chief Executive Officer, received $13M in total, which increased by 52% compared to 2020. 45% of Zapico's compensation, or $5.8M, was in stock awards.
