Amyris reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on October 10, 2019.
In 2018, five Amyris executives received on average a compensation package of $3.3M, a 296% increase compared to previous year.
John Melo, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.6M in total, which increased by 383% compared to 2017. 53% of Melo's compensation, or $5.1M, was in option awards. Melo also received $192K in bonus, $166K in non-equity incentive plan, $600K in salary, $3.6M in stock awards, as well as $997 in other compensation.
