Amyris reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on June 15, 2021.
In 2020, four Amyris executives received on average a compensation package of $1.4M, a 67% increase compared to previous year.
Han Kieftenbeld, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.7M in total. 43% of Kieftenbeld's compensation, or $745K, was in stock awards. Kieftenbeld also received $125K in bonus, $360K in non-equity incentive plan, $187K in option awards, $333K in salary, as well as $675 in other compensation.
Eduardo Alvarez, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $1.7M, which increased by 153% compared to previous year. 34% of the compensation package, or $579K, was in stock awards.
John Melo, Chief Executive Officer, earned $1.3M in 2020, a 3% increase compared to previous year.
Nicole Kelsey, Secretary, received $730K in 2020, which increases by 46% compared to 2019.
