Analog Devices reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on January 25, 2019.
In 2018, five executives at Analog Devices received on average a compensation package of $4.8M, a 17% decrease compared to previous year.
Vincent Roche, Chief Executive Officer, received $11M in total, which increased by 5% compared to 2017. 45% of Roche's compensation, or $4.9M, was in stock awards. Roche also received $2.7M in non-equity incentive plan, $2.3M in option awards, $985K in salary, as well as $86K in other compensation.
Prashanth Mahendra-Rajah, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $4M, which decreased by 10% compared to previous year. 39% of the compensation package, or $1.6M, was in stock awards.
Steve Pietkiewicz, Senior Vice President, Power Products, earned $3.4M in 2018, a 26% decrease compared to previous year.
John Hassett, Senior Vice President, Global Operations and Technology, received $2.9M in 2018, which decreases by 23% compared to 2017.
Martin Cotter, Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales & Digital Marketing, earned $2.9M in 2018.
Analog Devices' fiscal year ends on October 29.
