Anaplan reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 22, 2019.
In 2019, three Anaplan executives received on average a compensation package of $14M, a 2,063% increase compared to previous year.
Frank Calderoni, Chief Executive Officer, received $17M in total, which increased by 2,628% compared to 2018. 67% of Calderoni's compensation, or $12M, was in stock awards. Calderoni also received $722K in non-equity incentive plan, $4.5M in option awards, $375K in salary, as well as $14K in other compensation.
David H. Morton, Jr, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $16M. 89% of the compensation package, or $14M, was in stock awards.
Steven Birdsall, Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer, earned $7.6M in 2019.
Anaplan's fiscal year ends on January 31.
