Andersons reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 11, 2021.
In 2020, seven Andersons executives received on average a compensation package of $1.6M, a 51% decrease compared to previous year.
Patrick E. Bowe, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.8M in total, which decreased by 13% compared to 2019. 59% of Bowe's compensation, or $2.2M, was in stock awards. Valerie M. Blanchett, Chief Human Resources Officer, received $987K in 2020.
