Andersons reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 10, 2022.
In 2021, five Andersons executives received on average a compensation package of $2.7M, a 76% increase compared to previous year.
Patrick E. Bowe, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.8M in total, which increased by 54% compared to 2020. 49% of Bowe's compensation, or $2.8M, was in stock awards. Bowe also received $1.8M in non-equity incentive plan, $6.3K in option awards, $960K in salary, as well as $105K in other compensation.
William E. Krueger, President, The Andersons Trade and Processing, received a compensation package of $2.9M, which increased by 51% compared to previous year. 60% of the compensation package, or $1.8M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Brian A. Valentine, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2M in 2021, a 65% increase compared to previous year.
Joseph E. McNeely, President, The Andersons Nutrient and Industrial, received $1.7M in 2021, which increases by 85% compared to 2020.
Christine M. Castellano, General Counsel, earned $1.3M in 2021, a 26% increase compared to previous year.
