AngioDynamics reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on August 30, 2018.
In 2018, five executives at AngioDynamics received on average a compensation package of $1.2M, a 7% decrease compared to previous year.
James C. Clemmer, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.7M in total, which increased by 49% compared to 2017. 52% of Clemmer's compensation, or $1.4M, was in stock awards. Robert A. Simpson, SVP and GM, Peripheral Vascular, received $819K in 2018, which decreases by 33% compared to 2017.
Stephen A. Trowbridge, General Counsel, earned $719K in 2018, which is about the same as previous year.
AngioDynamics' fiscal year ends on May 31.
