Annexon reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 27, 2022.
In 2021, six Annexon executives received on average a compensation package of $4M, a 47% increase compared to previous year.
Douglas Love, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.1M in total, which increased by 75% compared to 2020. 90% of Love's compensation, or $7.2M, was in option awards. Love also received $297K in non-equity incentive plan and $534K in salary.
Larry Mattheakis, Chief Scientific Officer, received a compensation package of $3.3M. 91% of the compensation package, or $3M, was in option awards.
Ted Yednock, EVP and Chief Innovation Officer, earned $3.2M in 2021, a 36% increase compared to previous year.
Sanjay Keswani, Chief Medical Officer, received $3.2M in 2021, which increases by 162% compared to 2020.
Jennifer Lew, Chief Financial Officer, earned $3.1M in 2021.
Michael Overdorf, Executive Vice President and Chief Business Officer, received $3.1M in 2021.
