Annexon reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on April 25, 2023.
In 2022, three Annexon executives received on average a compensation package of $2.1M, a 46% decrease compared to previous year.
Douglas Love, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.6M in total, which decreased by 56% compared to 2021. 67% of Love's compensation, or $2.4M, was in option awards. Love also received $345K in non-equity incentive plan, $569K in salary, $278K in stock awards, as well as $8K in other compensation.
Jennifer Lew, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.4M, which decreased by 54% compared to previous year. 48% of the compensation package, or $693K, was in option awards.
Michael Overdorf, Executive Vice President and Chief Business Officer, earned $1.4M in 2022, a 55% decrease compared to previous year.
