Aon CEO Gregory Case's 2018 pay rises 11% to $16M

Aon reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 26, 2019.
In 2018, five Aon executives received on average a compensation package of $8.3M, a 18% increase compared to previous year.
Gregory C. Case, Chief Executive Officer, received $16M in total, which increased by 11% compared to 2017. 79% of Case's compensation, or $13M, was in stock awards. Case also received $1.3M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.5M in salary, as well as $670K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2018, the median employee pay was $69,784 at Aon. Therefore, the ratio of Gregory C. Case's pay to the median employee pay was 232 to one.
Christa Davies, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $12M, which increased by 67% compared to previous year. 49% of the compensation package, or $6M, was in other compensation.
Eric Andersen, Co-President, earned $4.5M in 2018, a 10% increase compared to previous year.
Michael O'Connor, Co-President, received $4.5M in 2018, which increases by 9% compared to 2017.
Peter Lieb, General Counsel, earned $4.1M in 2018, a 1% increase compared to previous year.
