Cherokee reported fiscal year 2010 executive compensation information on May 3, 2010.
In 2010, five Cherokee executives received on average a compensation package of $932K, a 13% decrease compared to previous year.
Robert Margolis, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.3M in total, which decreased by 10% compared to 2009. 76% of Margolis' compensation, or $2.5M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Margolis also received $790K in salary and $21K in other compensation.
Howard Siegel, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $367K, which decreased by 14% compared to previous year. 94% of the compensation package, or $345K, was in salary.
Russell Riopelle, Chief Financial Officer, earned $348K in 2010, a 14% decrease compared to previous year.
Mark Nawrocki, Managing Director, received $303K in 2010, which decreases by 24% compared to 2009.
Larry Sass, Managing Director, earned $296K in 2010, a 31% decrease compared to previous year.
Cherokee's fiscal year ends on February 2.
