Cherokee reported fiscal year 2012 executive compensation information on April 26, 2012.
In 2012, three Cherokee executives received on average a compensation package of $646K, a 49% decrease compared to previous year.
Howard Siegel, Chief Operating Officer, received $919K in total, which increased by 11% compared to 2011. 56% of Siegel's compensation, or $515K, was in option awards. Siegel also received $375K in salary and $29K in other compensation.
Henry Stupp, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $777K, which decreased by 41% compared to previous year. 48% of the compensation package, or $375K, was in salary.
Mark DiSiena, Chief Financial Officer, earned $242K in 2012, a 656% increase compared to previous year.
Cherokee's fiscal year ends on February 2.
