Cherokee reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on May 1, 2019.
In 2019, three Cherokee executives received on average a compensation package of $715K, a 35% increase compared to previous year.
Henry Stupp, Chief Executive Officer, received $931K in total, which increased by 4% compared to 2018. 73% of Stupp's compensation, or $676K, was in salary. Stupp also received $193K in stock awards and $62K in other compensation.
Steven Brink, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $632K, which increased by 668% compared to previous year. 63% of the compensation package, or $400K, was in salary.
Howard Siegel, Chief Operating Officer, earned $582K in 2019, a 24% increase compared to previous year.
Cherokee's fiscal year ends on February 2.
