AppFolio reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 28, 2022.
In 2021, six AppFolio executives received on average a compensation package of $5.9M, a 266% increase compared to previous year.

Fay Sien Goon, Chief Financial Officer, received $12M in total. 98% of Goon's compensation, or $12M, was in stock awards. Goon also received $120K in non-equity incentive plan, $94K in salary, as well as $11K in other compensation.
Jonathan Walker, Chief Technology Officer, received a compensation package of $8.4M, which increased by 1707% compared to previous year. 85% of the compensation package, or $7.2M, was in stock awards.
Matt Mazza, Chief Legal Officer, earned $7.3M in 2021.
Shane Trigg, General Manager, Real Estate, received $4.5M in 2021, which is about the same as previous year.
Ida Kane, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.5M in 2021, a 107% increase compared to previous year.
Jason Randall, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.5M in 2021, which increases by 97% compared to 2020.
