AppHarvest reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 1, 2022.
In 2021, four AppHarvest executives received on average a compensation package of $15M, a 1,939% increase compared to previous year.

Jonathan Webb, Chief Executive Officer, received $33M in total, which increased by 20,527% compared to 2020. 95% of Webb's compensation, or $31M, was in stock awards. Webb also received $1.5M in bonus, $250K in salary, as well as $56K in other compensation.
David Lee, President, received a compensation package of $23M. 97% of the compensation package, or $23M, was in stock awards.
Marcella Butler, Chief Operating Officer, earned $3.2M in 2021, a 73% increase compared to previous year.
Loren Eggleton, Chief Financial Officer, received $359K in 2021, which increases by 88% compared to 2020.
