Apple reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on January 8, 2019.
In 2018, five Apple executives received on average a compensation package of $24M, a 10% increase compared to previous year.
Kate Adams, General Counsel, received $27M in total. 81% of Adams' compensation, or $22M, was in stock awards. Adams also received $4M in non-equity incentive plan, $885K in salary, as well as $306K in other compensation.
Jeff Williams, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $27M. 81% of the compensation package, or $21M, was in stock awards.
Angela Ahrendts, Senior Vice President, Retail, earned $27M in 2018, a 10% increase compared to previous year.
Luca Maestri, Chief Financial Officer, received $27M in 2018, which increases by 10% compared to 2017.
Tim Cook, Chief Executive Officer, earned $16M in 2018, a 22% increase compared to previous year.
Apple's fiscal year ends on September 24.
