AptarGroup reported fiscal year 2007 executive compensation information on March 21, 2008.
In 2007, six AptarGroup executives received on average a compensation package of $2.1M, a 3% decrease compared to previous year.
Carl A. Siebel, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.2M in total, which increased by 7% compared to 2006. 57% of Siebel's compensation, or $2.4M, was in option awards. Siebel also received $1M in bonus and $810K in salary.
Peter H. Pfeiffer, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $3M, which decreased by 3% compared to previous year. 59% of the compensation package, or $1.8M, was in option awards.
Stephen J. Hagge, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.1M in 2007, a 11% increase compared to previous year.
Emil D. Meshberg, Vice President, received $1.3M in 2007, which increases by 13% compared to 2006.
Francesco Mascitelli, President, Emsar Group, earned $1.2M in 2007.
Eric Ruskoski, President, Aptar, received $1.1M in 2007, which increases by 12% compared to 2006.
