AptarGroup reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 25, 2022.
In 2021, five AptarGroup executives received on average a compensation package of $4.4M, a 26% increase compared to previous year.
Stephan B. Tanda, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.4M in total, which increased by 34% compared to 2020. 74% of Tanda's compensation, or $6.9M, was in stock awards. Tanda also received $234K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.1M in salary, as well as $65K in other compensation.
