Aramark CEO Eric Foss' 2018 pay slips 2% to $16M

Aramark reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on December 21, 2018.
In 2018, five Aramark executives received on average a compensation package of $5.4M, a 1% decrease compared to previous year.
Eric J. Foss, Chief Executive Officer, received $16M in total, which decreased by 2% compared to 2017. 49% of Foss' compensation, or $7.8M, was in stock awards. Foss also received $4.2K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $2.6M in non-equity incentive plan, $3.5M in option awards, $1.7M in salary, as well as $318K in other compensation.
Stephen P. Bramlage, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $3.4M, which increased by 14% compared to previous year. 43% of the compensation package, or $1.5M, was in stock awards.
Lynn B. McKee, EVP, Human Resources, earned $2.9M in 2018, a 5% decrease compared to previous year.
Stephen R. Reynolds, General Counsel, received $2.6M in 2018, which decreases by 5% compared to 2017.
Harrald Kroeker, Senior Vice President, Integration, earned $2.1M in 2018, a 5% decrease compared to previous year.
Aramark's fiscal year ends on September 30.
