Aramark CEO Eric Foss' 2019 pay rises 6% to $17M

Aramark reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on December 20, 2019.
In 2019, seven Aramark executives received on average a compensation package of $4.4M, a 18% decrease compared to previous year.
Eric J. Foss, Chief Executive Officer, received $17M in total, which increased by 6% compared to 2018. 50% of Foss' compensation, or $8.4M, was in stock awards. Foss also received $5.5K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $2.9M in non-equity incentive plan, $3.6M in option awards, $1.7M in salary, as well as $317K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2019, the median employee pay was $16,510 at Aramark. Therefore, the ratio of Eric J. Foss' pay to the median employee pay was 1,027 to one.
Stephen P. Bramlage, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $4.5M, which increased by 33% compared to previous year. 47% of the compensation package, or $2.1M, was in stock awards.
Lynn B. McKee, Chairman, earned $2.9M in 2019, which is about the same as previous year.
Keith Bethel, Chief Growth Officer, received $2.4M in 2019.
Stephen R. Reynolds, General Counsel, earned $2.1M in 2019, a 19% decrease compared to previous year.
Lauren Harrington, General Counsel, received $1.8M in 2019.
Stephen I. Sadove, Chairman, earned $329K in 2019.
Aramark's fiscal year ends on September 30.
