Aramark reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on December 23, 2021.
In 2021, five Aramark executives received on average a compensation package of $2.3M, a 71% decrease compared to previous year.
John J. Zillmer, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.1M in total, which decreased by 81% compared to 2020. 67% of Zillmer's compensation, or $3.4M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Zillmer also received $340K in option awards, $1.3M in salary, as well as $21K in other compensation.
Thomas Ondrof, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2M, which decreased by 70% compared to previous year. 59% of the compensation package, or $1.2M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Lynn B. McKee, EVP, Human Resources, earned $1.9M in 2021, a 67% decrease compared to previous year.
Marc Bruno, Chief Operating Officer, received $1.6M in 2021, which decreases by 76% compared to 2020.
Lauren Harrington, General Counsel, earned $1.2M in 2021, a 78% decrease compared to previous year.
Aramark's fiscal year ends on September 30.
