Aramark CEO John Zillmer's 2022 pay jumps 164% to $13M

Aramark reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on December 23, 2022.
In 2022, five Aramark executives received on average a compensation package of $5.2M, a 122% increase compared to previous year.
John J. Zillmer, Chief Executive Officer, received $13M in total, which increased by 164% compared to 2021. 50% of Zillmer's compensation, or $6.7M, was in stock awards. Zillmer also received $2.5M in non-equity incentive plan, $2.9M in option awards, $1.3M in salary, as well as $38K in other compensation.
Thomas Ondrof, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $3.7M, which increased by 83% compared to previous year. 38% of the compensation package, or $1.4M, was in stock awards.
Marc Bruno, Chief Operating Officer, earned $3.2M in 2022, a 101% increase compared to previous year.
Lynn B. McKee, EVP, Human Resources, received $3.1M in 2022, which increases by 65% compared to 2021.
Lauren Harrington, General Counsel, earned $2.7M in 2022, a 129% increase compared to previous year.
Aramark's fiscal year ends on September 30.
