Arch Capital Group reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 28, 2019.
In 2018, seven executives at Arch Capital Group received on average a compensation package of $4.5M, a 32% decrease compared to previous year.
Marc Grandisson, Chief Executive Officer, received $13M in total, which increased by 81% compared to 2017. 43% of Grandisson's compensation, or $5.5M, was in option awards. Nicolas Papadopoulo, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $4.1M, which decreased by 54% compared to previous year. 41% of the compensation package, or $1.7M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Andrew T. Rippert, Chief Executive Officer, earned $4M in 2018, a 27% increase compared to previous year.
François Morin, Chief Financial Officer, received $3.9M in 2018.
Maamoun Rajeh, Chief Executive Officer, earned $3.8M in 2018, a 9% decrease compared to previous year.
Constantine Iordanou, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.4M in 2018, which decreases by 81% compared to 2017.
Mark D. Lyons, Chief Financial Officer, earned $498K in 2018, a 86% decrease compared to previous year.
