Arch Capital Group reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 27, 2020.
In 2019, five executives at Arch Capital Group received on average a compensation package of $5.1M, a 13% increase compared to previous year.
Marc Grandisson, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.4M in total, which decreased by 27% compared to 2018. 39% of Grandisson's compensation, or $3.6M, was in stock awards. Grandisson also received $3.2M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.1M in option awards, $1M in salary, as well as $445K in other compensation.

Nicolas Papadopoulo, Chief Executive Officer, earned $4.3M in 2019, a 4% increase compared to previous year.
François Morin, Chief Financial Officer, received $3.8M in 2019, which decreases by 3% compared to 2018.
David E. Gansberg, Chief Executive Officer, earned $3.4M in 2019.
