Arch Capital Group reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 26, 2021.
In 2020, five executives at Arch Capital Group received on average a compensation package of $4.9M, a 3% decrease compared to previous year.
Marc Grandisson, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.8M in total, which decreased by 6% compared to 2019. 40% of Grandisson's compensation, or $3.5M, was in stock awards. Grandisson also received $2.7M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.1M in option awards, $1M in salary, as well as $441K in other compensation.
Maamoun Rajeh, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $4.3M, which decreased by 8% compared to previous year. 27% of the compensation package, or $1.2M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Nicolas Papadopoulo, Chief Executive Officer, earned $4.1M in 2020, a 4% decrease compared to previous year.
François Morin, Chief Financial Officer, received $3.9M in 2020, which increases by 4% compared to 2019.
David E. Gansberg, Chief Executive Officer, earned $3.5M in 2020, a 3% increase compared to previous year.
