Arch Capital Group reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 25, 2022.
In 2021, five executives at Arch Capital Group received on average a compensation package of $6.3M, a 28% increase compared to previous year.
Marc Grandisson, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.3M in total, which increased by 6% compared to 2020. 37% of Grandisson's compensation, or $3.5M, was in stock awards. Grandisson also received $3.3M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.1M in option awards, $1M in salary, as well as $428K in other compensation.
Maamoun Rajeh, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $7.9M, which increased by 83% compared to previous year. 45% of the compensation package, or $3.6M, was in bonus.
Nicolas Papadopoulo, Chief Executive Officer, earned $5.9M in 2021, a 43% increase compared to previous year.
David E. Gansberg, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.2M in 2021, which increases by 20% compared to 2020.
François Morin, Chief Financial Officer, earned $4.2M in 2021, a 6% increase compared to previous year.
