Ardelyx reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 26, 2019.
In 2018, three Ardelyx executives received on average a compensation package of $2.5M, a 14% decrease compared to previous year.
Michael Raab, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.2M in total, which decreased by 12% compared to 2017. 61% of Raab's compensation, or $2.5M, was in option awards. Raab also received $206K in non-equity incentive plan, $575K in salary, as well as $860K in stock awards.
David Rosenbaum, Chief Development Officer, received a compensation package of $1.7M, which decreased by 15% compared to previous year. 44% of the compensation package, or $760K, was in option awards.
Elizabeth Grammer, General Counsel, earned $1.7M in 2018.
