Ardelyx reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 29, 2022.
In 2021, five Ardelyx executives received on average a compensation package of $2.2M, a 9% decrease compared to previous year.
Michael Raab, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.2M in total, which increased by 7% compared to 2020. 49% of Raab's compensation, or $2.1M, was in option awards. Raab also received $195K in bonus, $195K in non-equity incentive plan, $650K in salary, as well as $1.1M in stock awards.
Justin Renz, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.7M, which increased by 18% compared to previous year. 34% of the compensation package, or $591K, was in option awards.
Elizabeth Grammer, Chief Legal and Administrative Officer, earned $1.7M in 2021.
Robert Blanks, Chief Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance Officer, received $1.7M in 2021.
David Rosenbaum, Chief Development Officer, earned $1.6M in 2021.
