Arrow Electronics CEO Michael Long's 2018 pay jumps 40% to $15M

Arrow Electronics reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 27, 2019.
In 2018, five executives at Arrow Electronics received on average a compensation package of $5.7M, a 35% increase compared to previous year.
Michael J. Long, Chief Executive Officer, received $15M in total, which increased by 40% compared to 2017. 68% of Long's compensation, or $11M, was in stock awards. Long also received $2.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.5M in option awards, $1.2M in salary, as well as $19K in other compensation.
Christopher D. Stansbury, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $4.9M, which increased by 95% compared to previous year. 49% of the compensation package, or $2.4M, was in stock awards.
M. Catherine Morris, Senior Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer, earned $2.9M in 2018.
Sean J. Kerins, President, Global Enterprise Computing Solutions, received $2.8M in 2018, which is about the same as previous year.
Andrew D. King, President, Global Components, earned $2.7M in 2018, a 8% increase compared to previous year.
