Arrow Electronics CEO Michael Long's 2019 pay falls 24% to $12M

Arrow Electronics reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 1, 2020.
In 2019, five executives at Arrow Electronics received on average a compensation package of $4.9M, a 14% decrease compared to previous year.
Michael J. Long, Chief Executive Officer, received $12M in total, which decreased by 24% compared to 2018. 39% of Long's compensation, or $4.5M, was in stock awards. Long also received $1.9M of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $2.5M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.5M in option awards, $1.3M in salary, as well as $15K in other compensation.
Christopher D. Stansbury, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $3.6M, which decreased by 26% compared to previous year. 33% of the compensation package, or $1.2M, was in stock awards.
Sean J. Kerins, President, Global Enterprise Computing Solutions, earned $3.6M in 2019, a 28% increase compared to previous year.
Andrew D. King, President, Global, received $3.2M in 2019, which increases by 16% compared to 2018.
Lily Y. Hughes, Chief Legal Officer, earned $2.6M in 2019.
