Arrow Electronics reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 1, 2021.
In 2020, five executives at Arrow Electronics received on average a compensation package of $5.3M, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
Michael J. Long, Chief Executive Officer, received $12M in total, which decreased by 1% compared to 2019. 52% of Long's compensation, or $6M, was in stock awards. Long also received $980K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $3.2M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.3M in salary, as well as $34K in other compensation.

Sean J. Kerins, President, Global Enterprise Computing Solutions, earned $3.9M in 2020, a 8% increase compared to previous year.
Andrew D. King, President, Global, received $3.7M in 2020, which increases by 18% compared to 2019.
Gretchen K. Zech, Chief Human Resources Officer, earned $3.2M in 2020.
