Arrow Electronics reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 30, 2022.
In 2021, five executives at Arrow Electronics received on average a compensation package of $5.7M, a 8% increase compared to previous year.

Christopher D. Stansbury, Chief Financial Officer, earned $4.2M in 2021, a 6% increase compared to previous year.
Gretchen K. Zech, Senior Vice President, Chief Governance, Sustainability, and Human Resources Officer, received $3M in 2021, which decreases by 6% compared to 2020.
Vincent P. Melvin, Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer, earned $3M in 2021.
