ARVINAS reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 12, 2019.
In 2018, three ARVINAS executives received on average a compensation package of $3.7M, a 576% increase compared to previous year.
John Houston, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.3M in total, which increased by 558% compared to 2017. 74% of Houston's compensation, or $4.6M, was in option awards. Houston also received $278K in non-equity incentive plan, $428K in salary, as well as $942K in stock awards.
Sean Cassidy, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2.8M, which increased by 707% compared to previous year. 57% of the compensation package, or $1.6M, was in option awards.
Ian Taylor, Chief Scientific Officer, earned $2M in 2018, a 492% increase compared to previous year.
