ARVINAS reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 27, 2022.
In 2019, four ARVINAS executives received on average a compensation package of $2.7M, a 26% decrease compared to previous year.
John Houston, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.5M in total, which decreased by 13% compared to 2018. 58% of Houston's compensation, or $3.2M, was in option awards. Houston also received $422K in non-equity incentive plan, $528K in salary, as well as $1.4M in stock awards.
Sean Cassidy, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2M, which decreased by 28% compared to previous year. 54% of the compensation package, or $1.1M, was in option awards.
Ronald Peck, Chief Medical Officer, earned $1.9M in 2019.
Ian Taylor, Chief Scientific Officer, received $1.5M in 2019, which decreases by 22% compared to 2018.
