ARVINAS reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 27, 2022.
In 2021, four ARVINAS executives received on average a compensation package of $6.3M, a 52% increase compared to previous year.
John Houston, Chief Executive Officer, received $13M in total, which increased by 57% compared to 2020. 92% of Houston's compensation, or $12M, was in option awards. Houston also received $473K in non-equity incentive plan, $584K in salary, as well as $12K in other compensation.
Ronald Peck, Chief Medical Officer, received a compensation package of $4.3M, which increased by 47% compared to previous year. 83% of the compensation package, or $3.6M, was in option awards.
Ian Taylor, Chief Scientific Officer, earned $4.3M in 2021, a 47% increase compared to previous year.
Sean Cassidy, Chief Financial Officer, received $4.2M in 2021, which increases by 48% compared to 2020.
