TransEnterix reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 27, 2020.
In 2019, four executives at TransEnterix received on average a compensation package of $2.5M, a 4% decrease compared to previous year.
Todd M. Pope, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.7M in total, which increased by 3% compared to 2018. 44% of Pope's compensation, or $1.6M, was in option awards. Pope also received $424K in salary, $1.5M in stock awards, as well as $128K in other compensation.
Anthony Fernando, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $2.2M, which decreased by 4% compared to previous year. 42% of the compensation package, or $920K, was in option awards.
Eric Smith, Chief Commercial Officer, earned $2.2M in 2019, a 14% decrease compared to previous year.
Joseph P. Slattery, Chief Financial Officer, received $2.1M in 2019, which decreases by 6% compared to 2018.
