Aspen Group reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on October 31, 2018.
In 2018, three executives at Aspen Group received on average a compensation package of $574K, a 54% increase compared to previous year.
Michael Mathews, Chief Executive Officer, received $637K in total, which increased by 46% compared to 2017. 51% of Mathews' compensation, or $325K, was in salary. Mathews also received $30K in bonus and $282K in option awards.
Gerard Wendolowski, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $608K, which increased by 63% compared to previous year. 49% of the compensation package, or $296K, was in salary.
Cheri St. Arnauld, Chief Academic Officer, earned $478K in 2018, a 53% increase compared to previous year.
Aspen Group's fiscal year ends on April 30.
