Aspen Group CEO Michael Mathews' 2019 pay jumps 49% to $947K

Aspen Group reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on November 5, 2019.
In 2019, three executives at Aspen Group received on average a compensation package of $843K, a 47% increase compared to previous year.
Michael Mathews, Chief Executive Officer, received $947K in total, which increased by 49% compared to 2018. 54% of Mathews' compensation, or $512K, was in option awards. Mathews also received $30K in bonus, $325K in salary, as well as $80K in other compensation.
Cheri St. Arnauld, Chief Academic Officer, received a compensation package of $791K, which increased by 65% compared to previous year. 58% of the compensation package, or $461K, was in option awards.
Gerard Wendolowski, Chief Operating Officer, earned $791K in 2019, a 30% increase compared to previous year.
Aspen Group's fiscal year ends on April 30.
