Aspen Technology reported fiscal year 2008 executive compensation information on June 30, 2009.
In 2008, five executives at Aspen Technology received on average a compensation package of $660K, a 58% decrease compared to previous year.
Mark E. Fusco, Chief Executive Officer, received $923K in total, which decreased by 70% compared to 2007. 54% of Fusco's compensation, or $500K, was in salary. Fusco also received $420K in non-equity incentive plan and $3.3K in other compensation.

Manolis E. Kotzabasakis, Executive Vice President, Sales and Strategy, received $499K in 2008, which decreases by 48% compared to 2007.
Frederic G. Hammond, General Counsel, earned $393K in 2008.
Aspen Technology's fiscal year ends on June 30.
