Aspen Technology reported fiscal year 2009 executive compensation information on March 15, 2010.
In 2009, five executives at Aspen Technology received on average a compensation package of $647K, a 2% decrease compared to previous year.
Bradley T. Miller, Chief Financial Officer, received $873K in total, which increased by 39% compared to 2008. 51% of Miller's compensation, or $445K, was in option awards. Miller also received $131K in bonus, $226K in salary, $28K in stock awards, as well as $42K in other compensation.
Mark E. Fusco, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $856K, which decreased by 7% compared to previous year. 58% of the compensation package, or $500K, was in salary.
Antonio J. Pietri, Executive Vice President, Field Operations, earned $752K in 2009, a 12% decrease compared to previous year.
Manolis E. Kotzabasakis, Executive Vice President, Products, received $403K in 2009, which decreases by 19% compared to 2008.
Frederic G. Hammond, General Counsel, earned $350K in 2009, a 11% decrease compared to previous year.
Aspen Technology's fiscal year ends on June 30.
