Aspen Technology CEO Mark Fusco's 2010 pay jumps 607% to $6.1M

Aspen Technology reported fiscal year 2010 executive compensation information on October 28, 2010.
In 2010, five executives at Aspen Technology received on average a compensation package of $2.3M, a 254% increase compared to previous year.
Mark E. Fusco, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.1M in total, which increased by 607% compared to 2009. 68% of Fusco's compensation, or $4.1M, was in stock awards. Fusco also received $196K in bonus, $700K in non-equity incentive plan, $507K in option awards, $500K in salary, as well as $5.7K in other compensation.
Antonio J. Pietri, Executive Vice President, Field Operations, received a compensation package of $1.9M, which increased by 149% compared to previous year. 65% of the compensation package, or $1.2M, was in stock awards.
Manolis E. Kotzabasakis, Executive Vice President, Products, earned $1.4M in 2010, a 235% increase compared to previous year.
Mark P. Sullivan, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.2M in 2010.
Frederic G. Hammond, General Counsel, earned $1M in 2010, a 191% increase compared to previous year.
Aspen Technology's fiscal year ends on June 30.
