Aspen Technology reported fiscal year 2011 executive compensation information on October 28, 2011.
In 2011, five executives at Aspen Technology received on average a compensation package of $1.6M, a 32% decrease compared to previous year.
Mark E. Fusco, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.2M in total, which decreased by 47% compared to 2010. 37% of Fusco's compensation, or $1.2M, was in stock awards. Fusco also received $750K in non-equity incentive plan, $701K in option awards, $550K in salary, as well as $5.9K in other compensation.
Antonio J. Pietri, Executive Vice President, Field Operations, received a compensation package of $1.3M, which decreased by 29% compared to previous year. 33% of the compensation package, or $439K, was in stock awards.
Manolis E. Kotzabasakis, Executive Vice President, Products, earned $1.3M in 2011, a 6% decrease compared to previous year.
Mark P. Sullivan, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.3M in 2011, which increases by 9% compared to 2010.
Frederic G. Hammond, General Counsel, earned $777K in 2011, a 24% decrease compared to previous year.
Aspen Technology's fiscal year ends on June 30.
